I support places in becoming.
My work spans strategy, facilitation, and policy advising—particularly for municipalities and initiatives engaged in vacancy activation and participatory urban development.
I bring a background in political economy, urban theory, and hands-on experience in cooperative governance.
Over the past decade, I’ve co-initiated and led projects ranging from cooperative housing in rural Brandenburg to the redevelopment of the Haus der Statistik in Berlin.
Currently, I teach Collaborative Spatial Development at HSLU Lucerne and advise public and civic actors on vacancy activation and shared governance structures.
I’m a facilitator and strategist working at the intersection of process architecture, collaborative planning, and public-civic partnerships in urban and rural contexts.
